Yay for Heroes! HuggleCause welcomes a new Project K-9 Hero pup to salute, K-9 Flash! From a puppy wandering the streets alone, to scoring 100 on her law enforcement tests, K-9 Flash is a hero's hero. After serving nearly a decade with the Yakima Police Department, Flash deployed more than 3,000 times and made 2,200 narcotic-related finds and seizures. She retired in 2013, and spent the rest of her life with her handler, Jason Johnson- the founder of Project K-9 Hero, celebrating her as the inspiration for the organization's founding . Her heroic efforts earned her 2018 Dog of the Year, and not one but two children's books detailing her inspiring story.

A portion of proceeds from the sale of this toy will go to support their work providing medical care, food, and death benefit assistance for our nation���������s retired Police and Military Working Dogs.
